So you want to print in our lab........

You must have Bevo bucks. This is a policy instituted by the University of Texas, and all general usage computer labs require you to have Bevo bucks in order to print. To get Bevo bucks, you can click the link to the left.

If you wish to print somewhere else, you can follow these steps:

1. File --> Print --> and select "Print to file"

2. Click OK, name your file, and save it to a place you can retrieve it for later

3. Visit the website: http://www.ps2pdf.com and click convert. Click on browse

4.Using the window, find the file you saved earlier

5. click open, then click convert on the previous page. You should see a new page. On this new page is your pdf. Right click on it, and click "Save target as"

6. With this file, you can open it with Adobe Acrobat on a different computer with printing access, and you can print it within that program.

Printing FAQS:

Q. I have bevo bucks, but it wont allow me to print.
A. Due to the nature of the software, you have to have at least $1.00 in your account

Q. I just added bevo bucks, but it still wont allow me to print
A. You have to restart (NOT LOGOUT) your computer, before the changes will work. Also, you have to PAY for the bevo bucks before you print. It is not sufficient to just ADD them, and pay for them later. For safety sake, please save all your work to an online location, i.e. email, or webspace (link located to the right).
